STAKEHOLDER SUPPORT
Individuals who support your students inside and outside of your classroom are valuable partners. Educating them on the value of the Agilities framework will not only keep them informed of the activities occurring in your classroom but also help them have richer conversations with your students.
Some stakeholders you might consider sharing these resources with might be parents and guardians, grandparents, community partners, board members, or other educators who visit your classroom.
Specifically, these resources equip stakeholders to:
-
Become familiar with the Agilities framework and Career Explorer Tools
-
Introduce them to The DeBruce Foundation
-
Incorporate this language with young people when mentoring, networking, and in interviews
Exposing my son to opportunities through The DeBruce Foundation has helped him see value in collaborating with others on projects, pursuing a career where he can add value, and pursuing networking opportunities to grow!

Just Play one-pager
Parents or educators can easily use this one-pager to help children identify their Agilities and the value they bring to the world around them. This one-pager allows parents to be involved in conversations around their child's strengths and interests outside of the classroom. This one-pager suggests several options for parents to engage with their children in growing and developing their skills.
